I have been approached by the recruitment team on LinkedIn. The role seemed interesting and aligned with my line of work. I had first interview scheduled but nobody called me which made me wait all day postponing my tasks. Fortunately we were able to reschedule it, interview went great, I was invited to a 2nd stage just a few days after, then to a 3rd stage just a few days after. The process was happening so quickly which would be great if then I wouldn't hear anything till this day and it has been 4 months. I think it's important to give a clarity to any candidate, not only the one that gets the job.
