I don't ask for much in this crazy mixed up world but when someone promises to call me to let me know what's going on (after 2 interviews on video conferences) then it seems professional and respectful to hear from HR at some point. Maybe this is a new trend (ghosting?) but I would never work anywhere with this is considered normal. No one ever called back. No follow-up emails. Nothing.
