After I applied for an elementary curriculum developer position it took 2 months for me to receive a response that they were interested in an an interview. The first interview was with the elementary team leader and lasted about 30 minutes. A week later, I heard back that they'd like to have a second interview with me. For that second interview, I had to provide a sample coding lesson (complete with a written lesson plan and examples). I had about two weeks to prepare for the second interview. Two weeks after that second interview, I received a message that they were not moving forward with me.
