First they gave me an assessment in the interview process. There 18 mcqs related to the testing and 2 small coddling questions had to be completed within 1.30 hours. After that they gave 20 minutes IQ test.
If passed the above they arranged a face to face interview via Microsoft teams. This is usual technical intervie This is usual technical interview which was conducted in 2 hours.

First I got a online technical paper. It had 20 questions regarding QA concepts and Java. Then I got an onlie IQ test. After that I underwent the interview of a QA lead.
