The interview was for an entry-level position, but the recruiter informed me that there was an absolute minimum of three years of experience working for a similar company required. They went down a laundry list of skills as if filling out a checklist.

The internal HR person contacted me via email and set up a phone interview. I cleared my schedule and prepared for a phone call. The call never came. I followed up by email looking to reschedule if needed and didn't get an email response either. Very professional.
