Ridiculous and unprofessional process! Skype interviews with three different employees - all who asked the same routine and generic questions. Instead of notifying candidates that they didn't get the position, they dodged phone calls and emails. Advice: if someone takes the time to apply and go through three rounds of interviews, have the professional courtesy to provide next steps/outcome information. Thrilled that I found out how this company operates - if they are this bad during the interview process, imagine working for them!
