Entretien
The first interview is done over the phone with one of the company's corporate recruiters, and goes over your basic work history, why you've left previous jobs, and some basic questions about your ability to do customer service and sales. I was contacted pretty quickly after the phone interview to schedule an in-person interview. Many of the questions in the in-person interview were similar to the initial phone interview (customer service, sales, social media, and some situational questions ("tell me about a time you handled a difficult customer", etc)) but were more catered to the specific location I was interviewing at.

Applied online, and received phone call within a few days. Met with both the Property Manager & District Manager. Very pleasant conversations. Explained pay structure, scheduling, and normal duties. Warm and welcome atmosphere that did not feel pressured or was meant to stump you.
