My interview consisted of two stages; Stage one, an interview with a member of the recruiting team. The amazing part about this process is that it took place within 24 hrs of my application submission. The interview was @ 30 minutes and made of mostly questions about my background as it related to the role. Stage two; For this stage, I met (virtually) with a director and VP for @ 75 minutes. Along with the usual questions pertaining to my background, I was able to learn a great deal more about the growth plan for the bother role and the company as a whole.
