Typical assessment centre exercises involving in tray exercise, role play, competency based interview and a data checking exercise. Very easy exercises, anyone with basic education and work experience will be able to do comfortably. But it was annoying time wasting experience, my application was rejected for excuses picked around the role play and competency based responses,
To get the job future applicants need to design and crisply insert stories to smugly fit into the STAR system and vocally signpost them at each point. Perhaps this may get them the job.
But those seriously looking to get a job should not bother applying to this organisation

All questions are centred around commercial awareness, customer first and data accuracy. e.g. Tell me a time you have introduced a new idea and how you convinced others to accept the idea?

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.
