J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez CoStar Group en févr. 2026

Phone interview took about an hour. The actual responsibilities of the job were unclear, and the recruiter was not able to clarify details. The next step in the interview process would have been a video call with a Vice President at the company.
Great first and second call and email follow up but ended up getting turned down for the position even though it was a perfect match words words wrods they are making me do this to keep using glassdoor which is dumb because its reducing the quality of reviews

I applied online and heard from the recruiter the next day to set up a time to chat later that week. We talked for about an hour (though his original email stated we would speak for 30 minutes), and then he asked me for times that I could meet with the hiring team because "they are definitely going to want to meet" me. I gave him three options (virtual + in person) and never heard back.
I followed up three times, and to this day have not heard back. I logged in to the CoStar Careers portal to see that I am "no longer in consideration" for the position. Not even a courtesy, automated "no thank you!" email. It is so wildly unprofessional to ghost someone who you have interviewed. I gave up huge chunks of my time to apply, interview, and then potentially second interview with this company. If this is how they behave during an interview, I can't imagine it's a company I would want to work for.
