The initial interview with the recruiter focused on my fit with the organization and allowed me to highlight some areas the hiring manager was looking for. The virtual interview was a great process that cycled various people into the virtual meeting. I liked that I was interviewed by a potential peer as this allowed me to ask questions that were specific to the culture and day-to-day activities.
