I was contacted by phone twice and then invited to come into an interview with the department's partner. The interview took about 30 minutes. The interview was not difficult and the overall process lasted approximately three weeks.

The process was smooth and organised. I was interviewed by two senior members of the team that I applied for. It was conversational, with a competency element. I left the interview satisfied that I was asked the questions I expected from a paralegal interview.

Cv and cover letter. In person interview in London office with an associate and Partner. They never followed up after the interview to tell me that I was rejected which I found odd.

Mix of solo video interview questions and keyboard questions. Could not go back on your self unfortunately. Could not undo any mistakes in video. Gave some useful information into working there
