Everything was smooth and effective. Expectations were set before the first hiring phase, and they matched reality. The process consists of 4 rounds plus an average of 4 hours of homework, and feedback was given at each phase, resulting in a process of no more than 2 weeks.

Question 1
An interesting discussion concerned the relationship between individual ownership and current AI capabilities. What I found interesting was not the hard-skills questions, but much more the approach to dealing with certain situations and the basic principles.
I applied online. The process took 3-5 weeks (Christmas included). I interviewed at CloudTalk [Brno] in December 2025. The recruiter was very friendly and kept me in the loop at all times. There were several rounds:
1. The call with the recruiter. 2. The call with the engineering manager. 3. Home assignment [5-day limit]. 4. Technical interview with the team.
