Entretien
The recruitment process is pretty standard for call centers in the Philippines.
It begins with a phone screening where they review your resume and ask you standard recruitment questions.
If they like you they will invite you for a face to face interview that may or may not include a battery of exams depending on your role.
Unless you will be part of the Cloudstaff Admin team, you will have a final interview with a client (usually Australian) to see if they'd like you.
