I had a two interview process. The first was with the recruiter who had made me aware of the position available and then the second interview was held with the APAC Director.
The interview was strategic and incorporated the Company understanding my problem solving skills.
The overall interview was more so casual and the employer made it quite a positive experience.
I have now joined the team, and have spoken to several team members globally. Very good first impression, everyone I have met so far have been easy to get along with, funny and open to answering any questions you may have.
