They reached out to me and setup a video interview within a few days. We connected and had a very positive and fluid conversation about our backgrounds, and the companies needs. I was told that I would be contacted for a second interview the following week. Over two months later I still have not heard anything and I sent two direct emails to the hiring manager. It is unfortunate that such a great interview experience was tarnished by an act of this unprofessional caliber. Whatever the reason for not following up as promised, or responding to my two emails - this is indicative of their own internal marketing struggles and I cannot recommend them.
