I applied to their job ad on LinkedIn which was a month old and I got an email the next day. Scheduled a phone introduction, had a great conversation for 40 minutes at the time of the appointment with clear indication for next steps and a fast hiring process. then ghosted me... first, did not reply to my thank you note which was weird and then completely ignored my 2 follow up polite emails. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Seemed like a scam of a company.
