The first stage interview was a case study, which I don't mind doing. However I was really disappointed to find out that they didn't include any feedback when dispositioning candidates. A word of advice: if you're going to ask employed candidates to do work for you, you should at least give some feedback as to why they're not moving forward.
The culture is clear: this is a place that will thoughtlessly ask for time and resources from employees without a minimum standard of respect, or reciprocity of their own obligations.
