It consisted of four main stages: an initial high-level conversation with the CTO, two technical interviews (one focused on machine learning methodologies and another to discuss a take-home technical challenge), and a final discussion involving product management and logistics around employment conditions. Additionally, there was a brief conversation dedicated specifically to discussing contract details, compensation, and benefits.
Interview questions were insightful and relevant, focusing on both practical and theoretical aspects of machine learning, NLP, and information retrieval.
Overall, I found everyone I spoke with to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. The interviews felt conversational rather than interrogative, which created a comfortable atmosphere.
