The interview process was smooth and fast! There were a total of four interviews with a mini project in between. I applied for the role on February 23 and got an email for an initial chat on February 29. Here's how it went: 1) Initial Chat for 20-30 minutes with the recruiter 2) Mini Project that needed to be completed within 5 days upon receipt of the instructions 3) Initial Interview for 30 minutes with the immediate supervisor 4) Panel Interview for 30 minutes with the US counterpart 5) Final Interview for 30 minutes with another US counterpart Overall, the interview process just went for 3 weeks. Both the recruiter and recruitment coordinator were quick to respond and they provide feedback after each interview.
