- Applied online (including a short 2 min video they ask you to send) - Phone interview with a manager - Sent a mini project to complete (took me around 3 hours or so.) -Presented my project to 3 managers on zoom. They asked my reasoning behind what I presented, how I came up with it, why I chose certain accounts, etc. Basically just trying to understand how my brain works. Then had a "mock client call." The managers gave immediate and insightful feedback on the mock call. -Final interview with a Director level person/culture fit questions Overall, it's probably a longer process than some other places, but I really appreciated it. For me, it shows they're really doing their diligence to bring in top level talent. Clear and prompt communication from all parties. 5 stars!
