The entire recruiting process from start to finish moved exceptionally fast and smooth. After the initial phone screening, I was given a small design project to complete within a reasonable due date. Briefly after, I was invited for an in-person interview and spoke with four team members, including the Lead Designer and the CEO. The interview lasted around 4.5 hours and the conversations were fluid. The questions asked were relevant as the team members were curious about understanding my skill sets and experience. The overall interview experience with the team was positive and professional. The offer was extended the following afternoon and I accepted!
