I was referred to apply and was contacted via email to set up a phone screening. After the phone screening I was then asked to do an assignment and then once that was completed I was asked to schedule an in person interview. The interview was with three different people at once with the hiring manager leading the interview.They went one by one asking me a variety of different questions with little to no discussion about my answers. It felt quite a bit uncomfortable. At this point the job and duties had still not really been discussed and when I asked more about the role and what the first 90 days would look. The hiring manager said there was a lot of training to do and that no one knows how to do the job till the year mark. There was no further information on the position.She then said next steps would be an additional interview with even more people as they had plenty of people to interview. I was messaged few days later that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I requested some feedback and was told they were looking for more specific examples during the interview. I saw the job has been posted to the public.
