Informational type phone interview, more extensive phone interview, and finally an in person interview. The in-person interview was 5-6 hours and included an informal lunch panel. There were aspects that were explained ahead of time such as a role play which I was instructed to prepare for and other portions that were intended to be surprise role plays or exercises.

Very promising company. I was impressed with their product. Seems to be a young company trying to shore up some more experience. Very quick communication turn-around time.
