Regarding the “Interview” message submitted on Oct. 22, 2015, we know who this person is, as they were hired by Cleary Building Corp. about four months ago following both a phone interview and a two-hour face-to-face interview per Cleary hiring procedures. A few days after the face-to-face interview (not before), Cleary sent this person an offer packet that was accepted. This person was hired and did work for Cleary for a short period of time before they were dismissed. Cleary’s hiring process is very well documented, and the personnel who do the hiring for Cleary are trained on this process.
