For my first interview I spoke with one of the principal software developers over the phone for a technical interview. We covered some of the nuances of working in a full stack development environment and had some general discussion about my past as a software developer. Our discussion was concluded by a quick programming quiz/ discussion where we dug into topics like reflection, OOP, and RESTful APIs a little more deeply. The second interview was in the office. I talked with most of the developers on the development team about my past experience and at the end I went over a pretty complicated logic question with one of the senior software developers.
