I came in with an open mind and I was able to speak with employees from 3 different departments in Marketing. I wanted to explore new fields and everyone was very responsive to that.

Asked me about: PPC background, SEO background, management experience, volunteer experience, coding experience, what drives me, how do I respond to failure, what am I looking for in a company, why is CLEARLINK a good fit for my personality, etc.
The interviewer was monotone and distracted. Otherwise, it was an average interview experience with a phone screening, video call, etc. Have not heard anything back, but they have reposted the job so assuming they decided to keep looking.
