My initial phone screen with the recruiter was very brief and I ended up having to ask almost all of the questions about the job and the company, which felt a little odd/awkward. Nevertheless, I ended up getting another phone interview with the hiring manager that went well and led to a request for an in-person interview.
When I arrived for my onsite interview, I showed up 15 minutes early, and ended up waiting over 30 minutes before anyone came down to greet me after I initially checked in with the receptionist. I never heard from or saw the recruiter. I was greeted by the hiring manager and we briefly spoke. They seemed too busy to make time to speak with me for longer than 5 minutes (which was probably also due to being 20 minutes late to meet with me). I then had a great conversation with another team member, despite the fact that they seemed to either have forgotten about my interview that day or were informed very last minute as they actually apologized for their extremely casual clothing choice. This individual then walked me to the door after our meeting at the request of the hiring manager, and I never saw the hiring manager again after our brief encounter.
The hiring manager had told me before they left the room that they would send me a follow up later that day, but I never heard another word from them. I followed up with the recruiter after the weekend (my interview was on a Friday) to see what the deal was, but they said they hadn’t heard back from the hiring manager and would follow up when they did. It’s been three weeks and I have since accepted another job. I have still not heard anything back from Clearlink. Overall, I would say this was quite a disappointing experience due to the lack of follow up, and I feel that they were very disrespectful of my time while I was onsite.

I received a call from HR to set up a time to do a prescreening interview. At the end of this introductory interview, I was invited to their office to meet with a few additional people. I first met with the same HR rep who called me to get a few more questions answered. After that interview, I was introduced to a person whom I would be working with as a peer. That conversation ended and I was introduced to the VP of the department and met with him for a little while. Unfortunately, after I spent the time with them, I was informed the next steps I would be contacted by HR within 2 weeks. I did some of the normal stuff like sending thank you cards to the hiring manager and the others who interviewed me. At 2 weeks I sent a follow up email and left a voicemail for HR. She did not respond. I waited another week and I called the hiring manager and sent an email. Zero response. I never even received a templated HR email stating I was not chosen for the position. This left a very sour taste in my mouth for this company. I was excited about the position at first, but was very disappointed in the lack of communication.
