I had one phone interview with a recruiter. We had a very enjoyable conversation, but I declined to move to the second round of interviews because I received a better offer from another company.

Submitted my resume, cover letter, and a short video on their company website and they contacted me shortly after for a phone screen interview. From there, I talked with the hiring manager on the phone within the week and had an in office interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager, a current Client Solutions Specialist, and their HR Manager the next day. Following that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. I was set to have my final (phone) interview with the two founders within the next, but accepted another offer in the meantime. It sounded like they were ready to offer, I just had to have the final talk with the founders and the other company had better long term prospects. Overall, everyone I met was great. Super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. It was hard to tell them I accepted with another company because I liked them as people. Also, they knew I was on a shorter time line because of interviewing with other companies, so they worked with me and did their best to keep the process moving along.
