After agreeing to a time, the recruiter failed to show up to our meeting. I emailed and asked they were still interested in my candidacy. After 3 days, I sent an email saying if they had moved on to please let me know instead of ghosting me. The recruiter then replied and asked to reschedule. At this point, I am uninterested in moving forward when I showed up to an interview, ghosted on interview, ghosted on email follow-up, and then told that she had an emergency come up that day. I replied and said I will not be moving forward and that someone needs to train this recruiter on email out of office settings for better communication with candidates.
