Very informal and conversation. Questions are textbook. It began with a phone screening, progressed to a face-to-face second interview with the branch manager, then progressed to a final interview with the GM. He didn't (and doesn't like to) follow standardized questions. The interview seemed informal.

It was a 3 part process with interviews with GM, Service Mgr., and HR. Took a multiple choice test that was much different than any test I've ever taken upon applying for the job.
