The interview was very easy going and casual, but not too open-ended where the questions seemed irrelevant to the job position I was applying for. It was also easy to talk to the interviewee who was also the owner because she was really cheerful and conversational so it helped to move the process along. I can be really quiet, awkward and nervous during job interviews depending on who I'm interacting with, but this was a breeze.

I first got a call for katie (Clean Bees' owner)and asked what experience I had then asked how my routine would go in cleaning the bathroom. From there we sent up a face to face interview.
