It began with an interview with HR and then an interview with your direct supervisor, and then their supervisor. Everyone was very personable and relaxed. They mostly asked questions relating to find out how well one would fit into the particular job and organization. This was followed by a tour of the facility, a personality quiz, an intelligence test and a drug test.
