This place is a joke. If you are interviewing take note - all executives moved from the West Coast (couldn’t find talent here? Impossible!) they just are burning their cash with re-location spend! The brand new head of recruiting who cancelled calls on me 3 times all an hour before our calls (a disrespectful behavior... because he was talking to the CFO all three time) informed me this role is so important that the CMO is willing to pay than she makes to hire the right person! If that isn’t a warning sign that the CMO is in over her young inexperienced head... once speaking with the CMO she bragged that they all moved from the west to coast NYC and she convinced the board of changing the business model knowing the competition is crushing them. It’s a gym discount membership mobile app based in NYC - anyone who lives in this city KNOWS the competition is fierce! No other city has as many classes and as many times of day! YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DUPLICATE THIS IN EVERY CITY UNTIL YOU ALL CHECK THOSE ENORMOUS EGOS! great business concept run by wannabe’s who have no idea how New York is run! Disgusting group of human beings

The CMO was clearly reading from a script... what does it matter? She is willing to hire someone and pay them more than what she makes... you could hear the level of desperation in her voice.... sadto hear the board is hoodwinked by her lies!!!
