The people who interviewed me were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. It was very pleasant and I didn't feel nervous at all. They seem to not only be interested in you as a professional, but as a person too.

The morning after I applied, I immediately received an e-mail asking for a time to do a phone screening. After the phone screening, I was given a case study to perform in 30 minutes and to send it back to the recruiter. A couple of days after, I was asked to do an interview via google hangouts. I had three separate interviews 30 minutes each, back-to-back. The interview was pretty straight forward and all had very positive attitudes. Each interviewer was a Customer Experience Manager, so it was interesting to see what questions they wanted to ask me. The interview felt relaxed and the interviewers were not intimidating or trying to get you to break under pressure. Overall a good interview experience and seems like a good company to work for. Bummed I didn't receive an offer.

I had a two-step interview process that first took place over the phone and then an in-person meeting. Everyone that interviewed me was super friendly and helpful. Instead of creating a stressful interview environment, it was personal, engaging and educational.

My interview was an open house interview. I submitted my application and the company called applicants in all on a specific day, where they did an office tour, company overview, and brief interviews with about 3 people from different teams.
