The process was fairly straight forward. I applied online and head back from a recruiter the next day. We set up a phone interview from there. My recruiter was running a little behind so she emailed me to let me know she would call about 5-10mins later than our scheduled time. For starters I've never had someone let me know they would be late so this was super professional and set a great tone. The phone interview last about 30 questions which consist of the standard lets go through your resume, their questions, and your questions. From there you get invited to do a take home test which consist of emails you would encounter and how you would respond, and this is timed. I personally think these are extremely stupid because every company has a way they want something done and train you to that, so this is a waste of time and a way to weed out people. From here you get invited in for an in office interview. It was not anything hard just a matter of if they like your "take home test" and think you can handle the role.

I first had a phone interview with a recruiter in New York. She originally forgot about our call so we had to reschedule after I waited by the phone for 40 mins. If and when you pass the phone interview you have to do a 30 minute exercise case study which you are required to time yourself (there is no timer). If you pass the case study you will be asked to come into the office where you will be greeted by front desk and interview with three people via skype in a conference room including the head of the department. You will then interview with three people in the office. One will be your colleague (who made a point to mention to me she wanted to take on another role) red flag! They will all ask you a lot of situation questions regarding client challenges you may come across every day and role play is included.
