I saw an ad on Indeed for a developer position, so I submitted my resume with my cover letter to them and they replied really quickly and wanted a phone interview. We also noted that relocation was possible. Within the first four minutes, I was rejected because I lived too far away and could only call them if I had actually moved to New Jersey.
