J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Clasp (Boston, MA) en mai 2026

      Entretien

Interview Process: Multi-round process culminating in a full case study and sales presentation. The rounds themselves were fine and the recruiter was professional and easy to work with throughout. The Problem: After completing a significant final presentation, I was told I’d hear back mid-week that same week. Two and a half weeks later, I had to follow up myself to get any response at all. No communication, no courtesy update — nothing. That level of disrespect for a candidate’s time and effort is unacceptable, regardless of the outcome. To make matters worse, during the final presentation itself, feedback was delivered mid-way through rather than waiting for it to be completed — making it impossible to finish on a level playing field. Bottom Line: How a company treats candidates in the interview process tells you everything about its culture. If this is how Clasp operates at the leadership level, consider that a red flag before investing your time. The recruiter was a bright spot, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Thank you for sharing this and for the time and effort you put into our process. Timely communication with candidates is something we take seriously and we hear you that we missed the mark here. There were internal delays on our end and we should have proactively kept you in the loop regardless. That's on us. Additionally, we view feedback as core to our culture and incorporate it into almost all of our case studies, so do know you were on a level playing field, but we're sorry to hear it left you feeling that way. We're glad our recruiter was a bright spot and we'll use this feedback to keep improving our candidate experience going forward.
