The process was divided in 3 interviews which lasted three weeks.
The first interview was with the HR department which was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained the process, talked about the company and I was asked about my academical and professional experience. He is the most helpful HR I have ever had contact with or heard of. He went above and beyond assisting and guiding me throughout the whole process of documentation and relocation. He assisted me even after business hours, in the evening, and actually on sunday aswell.
The second interview was with my soon-to-be collegues which felt more like a conversation than an interview. I was tested on my knowledge and other job related questions. I didn't feel the pressure of the interview and you don't feel like you are put under a spotlight.
We had a couple of laughs as well.
The third interview was with the CTO in which I was tested with more in-depth questions. We spoke about different scenarios like technical issues, infrastructural solutions, behavior actions and more. He was understanding and professional.
After that you get and offer and from there it is a smooth process.
