Very simple, asked what motivations were and experience that I had. The person interviewing me was very nice and kind. It was a good experience and gave me a good impression of the company.

Entretien
I was initially interviewed by Christine and the restaurant manager for the waitress position however during the interview a host position was recommended to me which was quite odd being that I have years of experience in waitressing and not hosting. About a week after Christine got back to me suggesting a completely different role which again I had no real experience in, still gave it a shot and was invited to an 2nd interview. On the 2nd occasion I was interviewed by Christine and Claudia who were both approx 20 minutes late to the interview and gave no apology, of course delays can happen but rocking up as if nothing is wrong was very unprofessional and not something I’d expect from THE Claridges. Again, during the interview another role was mentioned…..Almost a month after, Christine couldn’t be bothered to even give an update on my application especially being that I attended 2 interviews, again very disappointed, the Pay isn’t competitive either, I’d highly recommend Four Seasons, they offer a more generous package and the process is much more smoother, they don’t waste your time and constantly recommending other roles, it’s straight to business, either they give you an offer or reject you. Oh forgot to mention that despite me already going to 2 interviews, Christine told me that I’d need to attend 3 more interviews which is very ludicrous and clearly giving superiority complex!
An acquaintance of mine went through similar experience, it’s definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. They’ve obviously put themselves on a high pedestal so we were expecting such……
