It was a strange interview process in many aspects, including: 1) interviewer could not describe precisely, what they want from a candidate 2) interviewer did not tell what is current state of the project 3) the interviewer did not describe why they are looking for new people for certain project The task interviewer presented was solved in time by me, but I received negative feedback without explanations of their final decision to not proceed with my case. PS: pure waste of time. The company can be skipped.

Pretty bog standard. One of the interviews did involve attempting to troubleshoot web communication, which was a nice touch, and specific to the position, but otherwise, nothing stands out. The frustrating thing about it, and why I'm writing this, is that outside of the interviews, they came across as flaky. After doing five interviews, there was a one month period where I had only limited responses, telling me that I was still on their radar. The entire process took three months. It gave a sense that they didn't have a sense of who they wanted to hire, or why they wanted to hire someone. And this was reinforced with the rejection, which indicated that they were just going to not hire anyone for the planned position. I came out of things just immensely frustrated with their process.
