The interview was with a panel of 4 individuals (hr manager, hr recruiter, clinical coordinator and Senior director of clinical services). They each took turns asking questions regarding professional plans/journeys and capabilities regarding the job description and the organization's goals. Juggling eye-contact, addressing each question clearly and concisely, and seeming relaxed and open to work was not easy. I would not come into a setting like this unprepared. However, I was able to prepare for some time before and I believe that the process went well. All individuals present were kind, engaging and straightforward. I also appreciated their ability to make me think and engage with them beyond the parameters of an interview.
