I was taken through four rounds of interviews - the last meeting with the team I'd be supervising - and was a finalist (or possible even the only finalist) for the position and then ghosted. Three days later, without a word from anyone at the org, the position was reposted to Idealist. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me a form email to tell me I was no longer under consideration.
