Went into the store and was told to wait in an empty room. The manager sent someone in to keep me company as I had waited over 20 minutes due to the lack of employees and high volume of customers.

Entretien
It was a very laid back and easy interview. I was interviewed by both the store manager and the VP of sales. They explained the sales process and the commission structure (which is one of the best I have ever seen, really! It doesn't take much to make big paychecks with CityMac) I have loved working for this company since day one!!!!

Found ad on Craiglst, emailed resume to general manager- he called and asked a bunch of behavioral questions then set up a meeting at the store in Asheville- pretty basic stuff.
