I applied online through an agent. The company signaled that they liked my CV. Then they asked for a phone-call interview, two fellas were asking general questions about my CV and the projects I worked on. They said I am definitely a clever guy. Then they asked for face-to-face interview. Since I don't have time to travel to Galway, I asked for Skype interview. Indeed we did one on Hangouts and it went very smoothly. 3 fellas were asking very straightforward questions.
