Lol. Don't bother interviewing them. They sent me a written offer just based on a phone interview - a huge red flag. I went out there on my house hunting trip and got grilled meeting the team, despite them saying there wouldn't be any interviews since I had already accepted. They then rescinded their offer. Don't waste your time interviewing with these clowns.
