This job is very sales oriented, as such, you are expected to have the skills that make a successful salesperson. The interview process went like this
1. A recruiter will contact you, and ask the standard HR questions.
2. If you pass, they will send the information to back office and evaluate.
3. If you pass, they will ask for an in person interview.
4. Lots of sales questions. (if you have done sales before, you will be fine)
5. If they like you, they won't ask too many questions. If they are only lukewarm, they will ask more questions.

To be hired as a banker, you need to show that you’re hungry for the position. Multiple languages help getting the job. But your attitude it what matters most. If you don’t shoe that you’re ready to grind long hours and take ownership for all the responsibilities that banking entails, you will definitely be turned down on the spot
Easy application process, starts with an online test and phone interview. Recruiters work well to put you in a branch that is not to far from your location. Branch interview is usually with the manager, occasionally you may have a regional interview as well
Questions d'entretien [1]

I applied online through indeed. Recruiter contacted me and conducted a phone interview. Pretty simple questions. Why the banking industry? How would you handle a difficult customer? After all the questions he really went into detail about the position. I met with the regional manager for the districts. He was a very nice guy and made the interview feel more like a conversation instead of an interview. After the weekend I went to meet with the branch manager for the bank I would be working. More in depth interview, she made it feel comfortable but asked a lot of questions to get to know me and more about my personality. Wasn’t really hard if you know how to interview well... now it’s been about a week and still waiting on a decision.
