First, I applied online. Then, I got a message to schedule a phone interview. I received a phone call from the recruiting team to do the interview. The next day I received a phone call from the manager to arrange a second interview, in the same week, personally at the branch. I finally went to the interview, we talked and the next day I got a phone call from the recruiting team telling me I got the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Why banking? Why I leave my first and second job? What were my duties in my first and second job? What was a stressful situation in my former jobs? What I did to dial with an angry customer? What I do to do things quickly but with careful?
Thanks for sharing your experience and for agreeing to join Citizens. Welcome aboard!

After applying to Citizens, I received an invitation for an AI interview with a service called HireVue. The "interview" consisted of timed "games" that are essentially exercises taken from an ADHD assessment, and a series of more standard interview questions that you must answer on video and which will be scored by their AI system. I received an automated rejection email a couple days later. I have since received multiple emails from Citizens inviting me to apply for the same job they already rejected me from before ever speaking to a human being, except I can't even do that because it simply tells me I've already applied and been rejected from that role.
I applied online through the website, received an email to complete an assessment and answer questions on video. I’m waiting to hear back about an in person interview. Wish me luck.

The do not actually interview candidates: They rely on HireVue AI, and you are required to opt-in for the AI interview process. Basically, you play a few AI-created "games" and then later answer interview questions by recording yourself as the AI platform "rates" you.
I have prior banking and retail experience, so I think I agree with others that their hiring process using AI seems flawed and felt overall uncomfortable since I was not able to 'not' proceed with the application process unless I agree to having AI rate and approve me.
