The interview process with Citizens flowed smoothly, had great communication and follow through on action items. I ended the process impressed at how personal the process was for such a large institution.

The recruiter and hiring manager both asked questions relating to my work style and how that would fit into the job rather than job requirements. It was apparent that they are trying to fit the right person into this role.
