It was a phone screen. Then, I was called for an interview. After the interview, I received an offer. The process was slower in between the negotiation process, but it went well overall.

Very easy process. Citizens gives you sample questions to review, tips for the interview process,and a guidance on how to follow-up. There is constant email communication also. Initially an interview with HR talent, then with my new direct supervisor.
